This is a 45min workout that focuses on body weight movements. It goes at a pace that keeps the heart rate up. Class is great for both strength and conditioning. It is ideal for all fitness levels.The cost for Spring Into Fitness is $55 for everyone.

This is a sport of unarmed combat derived from jujitsu and intended to train the body and mind. It involves using holds and leverage to unbalance the opponent. Judo costs $55 for 4 weeks.
Judo will be held every Monday & Friday from 6p-8p.
August 29th – October 5th, Classes are held every Tuesday & Thursday from 5:15-6:15p, 6 weeks for $40.
