 Shea Sirbaugh, Program Director A native of Morgan County, Shea graduated from Berkeley Springs High School, having received all-state athletic recognition while a four-year starter for both the softball and basketball teams. Additionally, she was an all-conference softball player for the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference from Shepherd College (University), graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies with a specialization in Exercise Physiology/Sports Fitness. After completing her college internship at Rankin Physical Therapy Inc. as a physical therapy aide, she also served as coordinator for clients who wanted to further their rehabilitation through a wellness program.
