Office Assistant Lisa graduated from Hagerstown Business College in May of 2002 with her Associates Degree in Medical Receptionist/Transcriptionist. She has been employed with Rankin Physical Therapy since December 2002. She can help you with scheduling, insurance verifications/questions, billing questions or general office information. She also does all the medical transcription, insurance verifications and pre-certifications, typing, and filing. |
