 Jeanette Buday, Office Manager Jeanette's background was as as a secretary and legal administrator in various corporations, and she retired as a Director of Human Resources with a non-profit agency located in Washington, DC. She has been a part-time employee since July, 2005 and is responsible for preparing and making bank deposits, handiling accounts payable, and preparing our payroll for all employees and contract labor. She also inputs this information into our Quick Books computer accounting system. Some of Jeanett's other responsibilities include: assisting the Business Manager with administrative projects, calculating daily patient charges and forwards this information to the billing company, and prepares charts and charge sheets for the next day's appointments. She also assists patients with appointments for physical therapy and answers the telephone as needed. |
